ENGLISH ASSOCIATION INAUGURATION

The English Association of the PG Department at St. Joseph’s Arts and Science College was inaugurated on February 25, 2025, in a grand ceremony that epitomized cultural enrichment. The presidential address was delivered by Rev. Fr. Joseph Alappatt CMI, Director, who underscored the significance of the English language in today’s world.

Dr. P. T. Jose’s benedictory speech highlighted the importance of prioritizing English language programs. Diviya K. Krishnan’s warm welcome speech set the tone for the event.

The inauguration was graced by Kerala’s first lady DFO, Lekshmi R., Divisional Forest Officer, Vazhachal, who shared her captivating experiences with forests and elephants, leaving the audience spellbound.

Principal Ms. Shereena Johny and Malayalam HOD Ranjith A. K. felicitated the program, which commenced with a prayer by Haripriya. Fabitha, Association Secretary, proposed the vote of thanks.

The event was a resounding success, showcasing the signature style of the English PG Department, and will be remembered as a truly mesmerizing experience.
