The department of Commerce was established in the year 2015 and offers a comprehensive contemporary and multidisciplinary curriculum structured to equip the students with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to make them competitive in a global economic environment.

The Department offers UG and PG programme with specialization in finance and co-operation schemes. The department is headed by Mrs. Jasmin E V and co-ordinate by Mr. Ranji Joseph C. The department has 12 full time faculty members and one guest faculty.

The students of Commerce are provided with entrepreneurship education which aids students from all socio economic backgrounds to think outside the box and nurture unconventional talents and skills. It instills confidence among the students and make them to create employment opportunities and to become potential entrepreneurs in future.

The students have a wide exposure in the areas of Accounting, Tax- Planning and GST which equip them to face the challenges in the competitive world.
