PTA REPRESENTATIVE MEETING

Meeting of PTA representative forum for the academic year 2025-26 was conducted on 15th September 2025 Monday at 2:30 pm at St. Chavara hall. The main agenda of the meeting was election of President, Vice President and new office bearers. Majorityof the members were attended in the meeting. Rev. Fr. Joseph Alappat CMI presided over the meeting and shared his happiness for the students participation in all the activities provided in the college. Mr. Salim K. K. (PTA President) expressed his gratitude in his reply speech. Our administrator Dr. P. T. Jose conveyed his regards towards Salim K. K. for his valuable presence in the various activities held in the college. He suggested online classes will be provided to the students  in case of bus strike or any other educational strikes. He also reminded the parents that disciplinary actions should be taken in the case of mis-behaviour of the students. Mr. N. K. Abdul Salam(P/O Sanamol N. S., S5 Co-operation) and Mrs. Rubeena Shahid(P/O Sahal shahid, S1 Finance) were elected as the new President and vice President respectively for 2025-26. After the election process, our Principal Mr. Ranji Joseph C. delivered his gratitude towards Mr. Salim K. K., former PTA President and conveyed his greetings to the newly elected executive member. Mrs. Sajitha K. N., Faculty of  Dept. of Management studies, was elected as PTA joint secretary. All other office bearers were also elected. Mrs. Shereena Johny our Vice Principal delivered vote of thanks. PTA Secretary Mrs. Manju M. B., Faculty of PG Dept. Of Commerce, Co-ordinated the activities related to the conduct of meeting.
