PTA MEETING FOR 2ND YEAR UG

The formal program of Parents meeting commenced at 10.15 am with silent prayer. Mrs. Sajitha K. N., PTA Secretary, welcomed the gathering.

Rev. Fr. Jijo Theethai CMI, Director, put forward the overall report of students that included issues on discipline, over use of mobile phones, academic performance and punctuality. He also requested the parents to work in collaboration with teachers for better outcome of the students.

Dr. Joshi C. O., Head of the Institution, addressed the meeting and focused on the expectation from students in their academic as well as co curricular activities. He also highlighted the need for students to score good marks in their internal assessment. He presented results analysis of second and third semester UG students and appreciated the efforts of students who work sincerely towards the success.

Majority of parents present for the meeting. The meeting concluded at 11.15 am by vote of thanks. Thereafter the parents were given an opportunity to meet class teachers and subject teachers for the enquiry of their children performance on one to one basis.
