Orientation programme on FYUGP

As per the instruction received from the Higher education department of Govt. of Kerala and University of Calicut, faculty members of St. Joseph’s Arts and Science College, Pavaratty participated college orientation programme on F.Y.U.G.P. conducted on 26th June 2024. The programme started with an introduction of F.Y.U.G.P. by the Hon’ble Minister of higher education, Dr. R. Bindu. While introducing F.Y.U.G.P. Minister focused the point that it is essential for the construction of New Kerala and a new knowledge society and it also imparts the maximum freedom of choice to the students.
The session continued by two faculties who are members of reform cell of the Education department. They concentrated on major changes in programmes, admission preparations, orientation to students, workload allocation, flexible timing slot preparation etc. At the end of the session Minister ensured the teachers the availability of PPTs and handbooks on F.Y.U.G.P.
