ONAM 2025

St. Joseph’s Arts and Science College, Pavaratty, celebrated Onam with great fervor over two days. The first day was a showcase of talent, with students enthusiastically participating in various competitions like Uriyadi, spoon race, musical chair and sack race. The highlight of the day was the Pookkalam competition, where numerous classes participated with tremendous enthusiasm, making it a vibrant and memorable event.

However, the excitement only grew, and the second day turned out to be even more spectacular. The Melam performance stole the show, with students and teachers alike dancing and enjoying themselves to the fullest. The festivities continued with a grand Sadya, served class-wise, followed by a thrilling tug-of-war competition that saw active participation from the students. The event was truly unforgettable, made even more special by the presence of Rev. Fr. Joseph Alappat, whose blessings added to the joy and splendor of the celebration.
