MEGA JOB FAIR

St.Joseph’s Arts and Science College, Pavaratty organized a Mega Job Fair, 2023 in association with IRS and Info Careers on 11.02.2023. There were a huge number of companies and their stalls offering various jobs for the job-seekers. Many university graduates assembled there as it was a great opportunity for the job-seekers. Approximately 30 Companies offered job on spot by taking interview of keen candidates.

This job fair for UG final year and last passed out batch and PG students of our college and outside colleges. Besides the job-seekers, there were some young students in the fair who had come to see the current job market. They were very much enthusiastic over their coming future. They talked a lot with the concerned persons of the companies regarding their job offer. Around 500 candidates turned up for this Job Fair.123 participants were selected to various companies from interviewed candidates.

This event was a huge success for St.Joseph’s Arts and Science College Pavaratty, which look a great initiative in bridging the gap between the employees and employers. This will now be carried for the years to come. The co-ordinator of the programme was Mrs. Minimole M. J. (Head, Dept. of Management Studies)
