The Placement Cell of St. Joseph’s Arts and Science College successfully organized a placement drive focused on the logistics sector on 20th July 2024. The event was held at St. Chavara Hall and saw enthusiastic participation from students and company representatives alike.

Mr. P.M. Hari, Kerala Head of Times Pro, a concern of The Times of India Group, led the drive. Alongside him, Ms. Nimmy George, the Thrissur Branch Head, also played a significant role in the proceedings.

The program commenced with a welcome speech by the Placement Coordinator, Ms. Minimol M.J., who set a positive tone for the day’s activities. The Principal, Ms. Shereena Johny, delivered the felicitation address, emphasizing the importance of such opportunities for the students’ professional growth.

Ms. Preethy, the Placement Cell Ambassador, concluded the event with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all who contributed to the success of the drive.

Out of the 138 students who registered for the event, 40 attended, showing a commendable turnout. The program was deemed a huge success, reflecting the college’s commitment to providing valuable career opportunities for its students.
