INAUGURATION OF ENGLISH ASSOCIATION 2025-26 & LITTalk SCHOLARLY TALK SERIES PART- 6

St. Joseph’s Arts and Science College, Pavaratty, witnessed a spectacular inauguration of the English Association and Littalks series 6. The formal function kicked off with a soulful prayer by Ms.Sreya P S, setting the tone for a day of literary magic .

Ms.Smitha Samuel, Head of the English Department, extended a warm welcome to all, followed by the presidential address by Dr. P T Jose, Administrator, who inspired the gathering with his insightful words .

The spotlight then shifted to Mr.Adidev Manoj, a talented student, who introduced the esteemed speaker, Dr. Devi Raj V, Assistant Professor of PG Department of English, Sree Vivekananda College, Kunnamkulam . Dr. Devi Raj mesmerized the audience with her inaugural address, leaving everyone spellbound .

Ms.Hafiya, Association Secretary, delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks, wrapping up the formal proceedings .

The Littalks series took center stage next, with Dr. Devi Raj exploring the captivating theme of “Shifting Paths: Rediscovering the Narratives of Cinema”.The audience was enthralled, and the enthusiasm was palpable.Students then unleashed their creativity with engaging cultural activities.
