ANTI- RAGGING AWARENESS PROGRAM
An anti-ragging awareness program was successfully conducted on 30th June 2025 (Monday) at 2.00pm in the college auditorium. The event aimed to educate students about the harmful effects of ragging and to promote a safe and inclusive campus environment.
The program began with a warm welcome speech delivered by Ms. Sajitha K N, Convener Anti-ragging Cell. The keynote address was given by Advocate Jeothibasu (Panel Lawyer, TLSC Chavakkad) an eminent legal expert, who spoke about the legal consequences of ragging, students’ rights, and the mechanisms available for reporting such incidents.
The program concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Ms. Farhana (3rd year Psychology student), who expressed gratitude to the speaker, dignitaries, faculty members and students for their active participation and support in making the event a success.
